Every WebP we have for this lake — including partial-coverage scenes that don't drive the polygon model (Landsat 7 SLC-off zigzag, heavy-cloud scenes, future SAR). Partial scenes never enter Shape History because their pixel coverage is too gappy to derive a confident shoreline; they're still useful for spot-checking temporal coverage and (future work) cross-checking area against an existing recurring shape.
